Should I Infect My Child With Worms to Cure Their Eczema?

I have a dilemma, my daughter has severe eczema yet there is a possible cure, infecting her with thread worm.

Should I deliberately give my child a parasitic infection to cure a disfiguring annoying non life threatening condition or should I follows doctors advice and use steroid and other creams to keep her condition under control?
